Q1: I am a complete beginner
to computers, can I still study online? If yes how can I become
a professional in IT? Our course are suitable for everyone.
There are hundreds of courses for every level. From complete beginner
to Advanced and Professional.If you are new to computers and would
like a good start, you can use End User Desktop Computing package
and start with the serie Introduction to PC, followed by Office
2000 for using all the basic programs that come with your PC (word,
excel, powerpoint...). Then you can study all the other series available
in your package to have an all round knowledge on how to do just
about anything with your computer.After you have completed the End
User Package, you are ready to sit for ECDL or ICDL and the City&Guilds
CLAIT exams. With any of them in the bag you are from now on a full
computer literate to take on any secretarial, PA or Administration
position.Then you can focus on any Business or technical package.
If you are thinking of technical position like becoming a Network
Engineer, Web Designer, Programmer, a good starting path is COMPTia
A+ available in the Technical General package. With this serie you
will learn everything about computer hardware and software and basic
network and the internet. With this International certification,
you can already get a good job. After passing the A+, you will be
better prepared to tackle any other course such as MCP, MCSE. Cisco
and other IT related courses.
Q2: Are your courses too
difficult to understand? No, our courses are not difficult
to understand. The language used is basic english accessible to

be able to take a course?The following
are the minimum hardware required to access our courses including
the Business skill video courses (BSV):

At least 64MB of RAM
An internet or network connection of 56

Sound card with speakers or headphones
installed on your PC to hear the programs (for BSV)
