Instant Mentoring provides you with real-time access to subject-matter
experts. It allows you to obtain answers to your course or topic
questions right when you need them.
How does Instant Mentoring work?
The Instant Mentoring window appears directly within your courses.
Instant Mentoring allows you to type a question about a specific
course or topic and receive a nearly immediate response from a certified
mentor. You can ask a mentor to clarify concepts, fine-tune solutions,
confirm a process, or simply seek assurance that you understand
an application.
Who would be a good candidate for Instant
Mentoring?
Anyone who wants to get answers to course or topic questions can
benefit from Instant Mentoring. In particular, here are great examples
for those who would benefit from Instant Mentoring:
*Learners who do well in a classroom setting and want the level
of help a teacher provides

What is the price for Instant Mentoring?
Instant Mentoring is priced at $30 for a year's access for all purchased
courses (not including HIPAA courses or Business Skills Video courses)!
It's the same price for Instant Mentoring access no matter how many
series you buy. Only $30 per learner.
With what courses can I use Instant Mentoring?
Instant Mentoring is a feature available within our traditional
HTML-based courses. (It is not available with HIPAA courses or Business
Skills Video courses.)
When is Instant Mentoring available?
Instant Mentoring is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Instant
Mentoring is not available during certain U.S. holidays.)
For how long may I access Instant Mentoring?
Your Instant Mentoring access coincides with your courseware access.
Therefore, when your course subscription expires, so does your Instant
Mentoring subscription. So, you'll want to purchase Instant Mentoring
when you purchase your courses, so you'll get the most use out of
the mentoring feature!
How can I purchase Instant Mentoring?
You can purchase Instant Mentoring at the same time as you purchase
your courses. If you have already purchased courses and want to
add Instant Mentoring to your subscription, you may purchase through
me. I simply need the following information:
" User ID
" User name
" Credit card number
" Expiration date of credit card
" E-mail address
Can I purchase Instant Mentoring for more
than one subscription?
You can purchase more than one subscription for Instant Mentoring
at a time.
