Q14: Is payment on your
site secure?
 Our
site displays the logo opposite and is therefore confirmed to be
a valid site and can secure your private information using a VeriSign
SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning
with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
Q15: What do you do
with my personal details?
Your details are only used to confirm your
identity and prevent fraud. We also do send you occasional email
to inform you of changes that might affect or special discount which
you might otherwise miss. If you want to opt out of our mailing
list, please email

Q16: Can I purchase a
course and share it with friends, family and employees?
No, it is not advisable to share your ID with others. First when
you register your details are saved against your course. When you
study your scores are saved against your ID. When you exit a course,
wherever you left off, you come back to that point. Sharing your
ID means anybody who log on to your course will simply mess up everything,
your scores, wherever you left off and you might end up not knowing
where to start. Your final certificate will not reflect your true
skills or you might end up never completing the course. You will
end losing a great deal in time and money.
Q17: I bought a course
but don't have time to take them, what can I do?
Each course you purchase is available online for a full year. This
should give you enough time to study whenever you want.
Q18: I dont have an
account/ credit/ debit card, can I still register?
Payment online must be made using your Visa, Mastercard or American
Express. If you do not have any of these cards but would still like
to register, please email the Finance Department at financedpt@ls-elearning.com
to see which other method of payment you can use
Q19: I run a business,
how can your courses benefit my organisation and how do I register
my employees?
Because your business is changing, you're adding sophisticated
tools, from desktop software to state-of-the-art networks. Your
